The WASA Student Project Fund was created to assist with the costs of unique one-time projects that promote the work of UWSA undergraduate students outside of academia.

ELIGIBILITY
– All applicants must be undergraduate students and on full time academic study during the term which you apply.
– Projects are not eligible if they are the product of coursework or if students will be receiving academic credit.
– Projects are ineligible if they are completed before the application deadline of the term in which the application is submitted.
– There is no retroactive funding for previously completed projects.
– Contributors to an application must only be on one project team. Individuals are not permitted to submit more than one application a term.
– Expected date of completion of the project must be within thirteen months of the application deadline.
– Applicants may only apply for funding during a term in which they are on full time academic study.
– Teams may include non-Waterloo architecture students, but priority will be given to projects with a project team comprised of at least 75% full time UWSA undergraduate students on academic term.
