1	Referendum Results & Constitution Updates Mark will call Rose to follow up on process student initiative fee funding referendum delayed for start until spring 2014	MT
2	Student Societies Updates: BRIDGE, F_RMlab, WA Film Club, Garden Club, Photo Club Film club meeting didn’t happen due to other events, will have discussion in film club meeting, kim and stephen will help out Bridge – Lead sponsor from Bank of Nova Scotia, Mona E. is now the faculty advisor F_RM lab lunch meet in quantum mechanics building …	AH, ZF, MT, DG, MZ

5	Open Call for Recommendations to Improving Graduate Student Common Space Wish list Microwave motion to replace microwave passed, there should be money in current budget for it	CP, ZF, SW, MT
6	Student Initiatives Fund: Funding and Eligibility Criteria set up the protocol for allocation of the funding to the student initiatives will setup committee meeting to discuss details Stephen and Zak – will be future co-president who will take the lead on this item Kim will help and they’ll recruit more people to help out	CP, ZF, SW
7	Graduate Studies Endowment Fund: Application Recommendation skipped	CP, ZF, SW
8	WA Centre for Graduate Research and Student Initiatives: Timeline & Preparation setup timeline for transformation of F_RM lab office to the grad centre space dedicated to grad students who maintains and manages it Danielle will take lead on this issue, call for a meeting	ZF, DG, AH+
