NEWS
1. BRIDGE is currently seeking fundraising and website directors
- The fundraising director position encompasses responsibilities such as general fundraising, sponsorship opportunities, materials and equipment donations as well as grant applications
- Website director: website is in need of more content, as well as new editors for the coming term
2. Storefront Program
- BRIDGE has been granted access to a temporary space
- Currently working to put together a team to begin preparing the site: Michael Kim, Symon Tiansay, Nicole Ratajczak, Siobhan Allman, Ella den Elzen, Mona El Khafif
OPERATING SCHEDULE REVIEW:
- Storefront proposed weekly hours of operation
- Anchor events/term and yearly schedule
- New editors for next term
DISCUSSION
3. Role of a faculty advisor for Bridge
- Associate Professor Dr. Mona El Khafif has been assigned this position
- As advisor is interested in defining the storefront program and rhythm for the next year.
4. A project team to develop Bridge’s Strategic Business Plan
- Michael Kim, Vikkie Chen and Mark Tam
- Team would aim to develop immediate goals and long term objectives
EVENTS
5. Unsilent Night, December 23rd
- Zak to make posting
- Event is run by the city of Cambridge
- Currently under discussion whether the Soft Launch of the storefront could take place as part of Unsilent Night

6.Nicole Ratajczak to design business card
7. Bridge Secretary
- Meeting minutes and BRIDGE updates to be lead by Julia Nakanishi, Veronika Bojic and Laura Di Fiore
- to be posted on BRIDGE website and Facebook page to keep the community informed of progress
