2	Student Societies Updates: BRIDGE, F_RMlab, WA Film Club, Garden Club, Photo Club, UnCOVERED, WAC Film club – Under the Bridge screenings Library DVD’s (potentially store movies at bridge) Uncovered Lecture series coming up soon	ALL

4	Workshop and ACM upgrades – Ila’s Budget Potential to apply for computers for Laser cutters, 1 screen or 1 projector most items on the list are beyond the budget of GSEF and are better suited to WEEF.	SW,KA
5	Student Initiatives Fund: Funding and Eligibility Criteria Follow up with Caitlin regarding the application	CP
6	Graduate Studies Endowment Fund: Application Recommendation get back to Ila regarding possible items for ACM and the Workshop	SW

8	Faculty Pecha Kucha Reimbursements + Formation of Pecha Kucha Chapter Vikkie has been discussing with Coleen from GSA about the potential of starting a chapter involving the 3 satellite campuses and main campus Kitchener Waterloo region More community involvement (Arts Center, Gallery) would be required look into fee, pros and cons of chapter vs on-off events	SW,VC
9	Bridge Fundraising Event and update contract signed with opening scheduled for June Need money for utility fees and insurance ($560/month) considering membership fee $170 from student initiative fund will cover a fundraising event this term Other potential revenue: coffee sales, drawing sales	VC,ZF
10	Garden Club Greenhouse Greenhouse to be built this summer requires $250 fee for permit Potential funding for permit: student initiative fund, bake sale First check to see if fee can be waived	SW
10	Jaliya – Meditation Sessions Give Jaliya the go-ahead to organize this for next term	JF
11	Awards Banquet – Give $50 Check to Emily Contribution has been made	MT
12	Peer Review missed opportunity this term, discussion for format for next term Event where grads review undergrad reviews next term – let WASA know we are willing to do this Peer to Peer informal thesis reviews at a master’s house Sign up to be critted (discuss past formats with Mark Zupan) Potential Hosts: 1.
