2	Update Who’s Who list and send to Rose Vogt -Who’s who’s list was updated & redundant roles were eliminated -Kim is new WASA liaison
3	New Role: BRIDGE Rep – Zak & Piper -Remove swag calendar and just use bridge calendar
4	Student Initiatives fee refunds -Review how this refund occurs & verify with SWAG constitution -Sonia to send out notice to Grads with instructions

5	Student Societies Updates: BRIDGE, F_RMlab, WA Film Club, Garden Club, Photo Club, UnCOVERED, WAC Garden Club – Permit fee was waived, greenhouse is going ahead Film Club – Movies under the bridge & potentially at Bridge WAC -new cycling group with weekly bike-rides -10am this Saturday is the first one	ALL

7	Continued meetings with Ila -All school meeting tomorrow w/ swag presentation -presidents will have weekly meetings with Ila and other student groups throughout this next term	SW
8	Student Initiatives Fund: Funding and Eligibility Criteria and refund Option – Sonia to follow up with creating an application form -If you request a refund, you become ineligible to apply for this type of funding	CP
9	Graduate Studies Endowment Fund: Application Recommendation -Reviewed Ila’s Wish list – Potential upgrade to the shop , could contribute large television screens for review spaces	SW
10	GSA Updates: Exec meeting end of May -GSA representative to come to Cambridge on May 22nd for meeting – Pecha Kucha Chapter as partnership with main campus – Writing workshops in Cambridge? Emily needs a list of areas of interest in order to organize this, could potentially go to main campus instead. -Thesis formatting/writing tips could be a helpful subject	VC
11	Channels of Communication – All Grad Communication will occur via LEARN, community issues will be advertised on yahoo groups – Potential to put these types of communication on Bridge? Need someone to champion this if the idea is to go ahead. (Dan Kwak to look into consolidating news on bridge)

13	Lecture Series – Outside the Box -Lectures in this series are organized by students who invite speakers from outside of the profession -Farima & Ali are meeting with Ila to discuss this, update to follow -tentative start in June
14	Fitness coordinator -Tahoora is the new Fitness coordinator -Issues with broken equipment to be taken to her -Chanel proposed touch football & volleyball -Gym nights to continue
