ConradConnectInterface

ConradConnect is an online entrepreneurial community helping users connect with experienced professionals and meet like-minded entrepreneurs. ConradConnect was developed by the Conrad Centre at the University of Waterloo. The Conrad Centre is an immersive educational environment for entrepreneurs. Located at a university rated the most innovative in Canada for the past 23 years, the Conrad Centre is the academic engine for entrepreneurship, offering programs that are entrepreneurial by design. Join the community to learn more about new events in your area and gain access to tools and resources to further develop your venture.

Why you should join!

It is often hard for architecture students to take advantage of the resources, programs and opportunities available within the University of Waterloo because the architecture program is located on a satellite campus. ConradConnect can help architecture students connect to other students currently studying at the University of Waterloo as well as alumni, faculty and industry mentors for projects, competitions and networking. ConradConnect is the place to learn about new events and funding opportunities available within the entrepreneurship community. Sign up for ConradConnect to keep in touch with the entrepreneurship community in Waterloo!

How do students join?

You can signup for ConradConnect at https://conradconnect.vineup.com/ by simply linking your Facebook or LinkedIn account or manually enter in your profile information. For a speedier process, sign up with your uwaterloo email address.

Where can I go to learn more?

To learn more about the Conrad Centre visit their website at: https://uwaterloo.ca/conrad-business-entrepreneurship-technology/. Stay tuned for an event at the BRIDGE Pop-Up space!

Victoria Suen is currently the community manager for ConradConnect. Her objective is to help bring it to students and entrepreneurs within the community. She is also interested in learning more about how this tool can be helpful to students whether for networking or learning about events on main campus and in the local area. Victoria will be at the BRIDGE meeting on Thursday January 22nd to share information and discuss future collaborations. If you’re interested in finding out how ConradConnect can help you, join us for the meeting at 6pm in the Loft.
