Design at Riverside, our local design-focused gallery, is hosting Neighourhood Soup,  a public event, on Saturday, December 2nd, 2017.

From Design at Riverside:

Our society is food obsessed, but what if you don’t have enough? Join us for thought provoking conversations with people and organizations who’s innovative solutions serve the most vulnerable among us. A new guest each hour will help us see food differently.

Enjoy a short, informal talk at the top of each hour and stick around for mingling over a bowl of soup generously provided by Ontario Gleaners and Food Not Bombs and bread provided by City Bakery.

Free admission, pay-what-you-can can for soup.

Neighbourhood Soup is presented in conjunction with Design at Riverside’s current exhibition, At My Table, which presents a glimpse of innovative and exceptional kitchenware from Canada and abroad.

For more information, including presenter profiles, check out the event page.
