Canstruction 2014

Waterloo Architecture annually participates in Canstruction, a charity event in which teams build structures out of food cans. The event is a fundraiser for The Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and students compete to build large-scale structures made entirely of unopened cans of food. On March 9th, a team of 1B students from the UWSA travelled to Conestoga Mall to participate in the annual CANstruction competition. This year, a total of fourteen teams from the Kitchener and Waterloo region participated in the event.
