Cambridge Hospital Design Charrette - Saturday March 23rd

Stantec is currently renovating the Cambridge Hospital, and is really interested in getting some students in on the design process.

The schedule is currently under discussion, but the current plan is to have a presentation on the whole project from 11:00 to about noon, followed by an informal lunch and discussions, charrettes for 2 -3 hours, share results and then have a small reception.

The idea is to have small groups made up of students from different levels working together. Areas open for design include public spaces, donor recognition, typical bedroom – novel, even impractical ideas are encouraged! It would be very speculative, but draw attention to design for the hospital and the community.

If you are interested, please RSVP by the end of the day Thursday, so we can let Stantec and the hospital know what type of numbers to expect.
