1	Student Initiatives Fee Implementation Timeline	MT
2	Student Societies Updates: BRIDGE, F_RMlab, WA Film Club, Garden Club, Photo Club BRIDGE- preparation for unsilent night installation working on a business plan, get rendering for unsilent night for David, funding for event Film club will play a christmas film at grad soiree no report on Garden club, rep not present	AH, ZF, MT, DG, MZ

3	Teaching Assistantship Updates nominations already done, Mark will be meeting with Admin this week	MT
4	Open Call for Recommendations to Improving Graduate Student Common Space	CP, ZF, SW, MT
5	Student Initiatives Fund: Funding and Eligibility Criteria exec will set up meeting to sort this out	CP, ZF, SW
6	Graduate Studies Endowment Fund: Application Recommendation Danielle to follow up, related to Grad center planning	CP, ZF, SW
7	WA Centre for Graduate Research and Student Initiatives: Timeline & Preparation	ZF, VC, AH+
	ACTIVITIES/EVENTS PLANNING & REVIEW
8	Graduate Student Association : Participation in Fall 2013 Term-End and Winter 2014 Term-Start Party Student services will run grad student orientation in the winter term – Jan 4th Emily will need to follow up on this and pass on the information maintain communication with GSA – invite them to event here at cambridge Vikkie will follow up on communications with Emily and GSA (Rose, Coleen etc.) setting up Town and Gown stuff Zak will follow up on the community relations	MH
9	Toga Party for Eric Haldenby: Details & Preparation Danielle is sorting out detail, e-mail with instructions has already been sent out	DG
10	Grad Soirée: Details & Preparation things are going well Danielle is selling tickets, only have 2 hours for set up so will need lots of people to help setup capacity around 100 need official letter (letter of permission) from SWAG with title head	KA, DG, SW
11	Therapy Dogs: Updates arrangement issues this term, spa day and therapy dogs Connor will have it arranged for next term	CO
12	Ongoing Lecture Series	MH
13	Open Forum Fall 2013 Review good turn out, mainly HVAC issue Thomas (first year) will follow up on petition notes up in the November folder	MT
14	GSA Student Services Orientation: Review & Concern General GSA Updates (from Council Meeting) dry meeting but very informative bike issues, look for a solution	VC MH
