Call for Submissions: How You Design

February 19, 2018 Posted by Michelle Bullough Call for Submissions, Work

We all work in different ways. Show us how you design.

BRIDGE Exhibition CFS

BRIDGE is curating an exhibition that will be displayed at the Storefront from March 8-11. It will be up during the March Break Open House, and we’d like to show prospective students the many ways we design at Waterloo Architecture.

Allow your humble doodles, diagrams, and sketch models to take the spotlight along with your maps, drawings, and renders. They’re all part of the design process, and deserve a chance to shine.

Students are responsible for their own printing, so hold on to your sketches and midterm panels. Give us an idea of what you’d like to display by e-mailing images to submit@waterlooarchitecture.com by Fri. March 2. We’ll curate then get in touch!

THESIS: Liminal Matter: Diffuse, Adaptive Environments for a Future Dundas Square

Jan 12, 2015

Connor O'Grady will defend his thesis entitled "Liminal Matter: Diffuse, Adaptive Environments for a Future Dundas Square" on Friday January 16th, 2015 at BRIDGE Pop-Up located at 60 Main St. The design explores the capacity for an embedded, public, and adaptive architectural system to expose the liminal, “invisible” relations that affect the collective environment.
