Countdown to A Night of Postcards – Cambridge

November 14, 2014 Posted by Piper Bernbaum Community, Event, Initiatives, Work
NoP_2 weeks, no text

“A Night of Postcards Cambridge” is off to a tremendous start with over half the postcards distributed through our ten partner locations.  The community-based project has already been featured in the Cambridge Times article Preserving Perspectives with Pen and on CBC Kitchener Radio.

Now there are just under 2 weeks left of the project, and “A Night of Postcards Cambridge” wants to see YOUR Cambridge! RETURN your FINISHED postcards to any of the submission boxes by NOVEMBER 25th 2014. Grab a postcard and get creative!

The completed postcards will be put on display in the upcoming “A Night of Postcards Cambridge” gallery exhibition which is happening December 4th at the BRIDGE Pop-Up located at 60 Main Street, Cambridge at 8:00PM. Everyone is invited to celebrate the collective identity of the Cambridge community!

Looking for a postcard or submission box? Check out the partner locations to find a blank postcard or return your finished work – Monigram Coffee, Grand Café, Phidon Pens, IDEA Exchange Cambridge, The Cambridge Centre for the Arts, Musagetes Library or the Waterloo School of Architecture.  All postcard submissions make you eligible for the “100 Notebook Project” – find out more on the website or through the BRIDGE post. Be sure to follow the 100 Notebook Project on Facebook  and Twitter for everything on notebooks.

Exhibition details to be posted soon! Stay up to date on the website or by following “A Night of Postcards-Cambridge” on Facebook.

Get those postcards in by November 25th 2014!
